When is MSMUN?
MSMUN will take place on the 1st March.

Do I have to attend for the entire duration of the event?
Yes, it is imperative that you attend every committee session on the first day to be eligible for a certificate of participation and any awards.

When do I come to the venue?
We recommend that you arrive at the venue (OIS OGC) 10 minutes before the start of the first event. The schedule will be released closer to the conference date!

Does everyone stay back for the night crisis?
No, only a handful of delegates from each committee are selected for the night crisis. Your executive board will let you know at least 1 hour before the end of your regular committee session if you have been selected.

How do I prepare for the conference?
We recommend that you start by reading your committee's study guide to familiarize yourself with the agenda. You should then conduct extensive further research on the agenda and your country’s stance on it!

Will laptops be allowed?
Yes, delegates will be expected to carry laptops to the conference. However, you will only be allowed to use them when instructed to do so by your executive board.
Will I have to dress up in formals?
Yes. MSMUN 2025 is the quintessential formal MUN event so for the first day, we expect to see everyone involved in sharp Western Formals (Suit Up!).
